Coni's Pub opened its doors on East Ash Street with a simple conviction: a great drink shouldn't require a reason beyond wanting one. What started as a neighborhood gathering spot has become Springfield's go-to destination for people who take their coffee seriously and their cocktails even more so.
Our barista-trained team pulls shots with the same care we give our house-made syrups. Our mixers are fresh. Our ice is clear. And our regulars — the ones who show up on Tuesday nights with the same seat and the same conversation — are the real measure of what we've built here.
